SCHEELS RETURN POLICY
Our goal is to outfit you with the proper gear and attire to keep up with your active lifestyle. That's why scheels.com and our numerous store locations are prepared to provide you with the Scheels 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will exchange any item or refund your purchase.
In-store purchases can be returned or exchanged at any of our Scheels store locations. Items purchased with Scheels Gift Cards can be exchanged or returned for store credit. Without a receipt, an item with original tags intact can be returned to any Scheels location for an exchange or store credit. If you need to return/exchange an item ordered from SCHEELS.com:
1. Scheels.com Returns: To return an online order, please visit: scheels.com/returns with the following information: order number, order email and billing zip code. If you need further assistance processing a return, please contact our SCHEELS.com customer service team at contactus.scheels.com for more information.
Once we have processed your return, please allow 2-3 business days and up to 2 billing cycles for the return to reflect back onto your original form of payment; if a gift card was applied to the order, a return gift card will be issued. Orders returned within 120 days from the date of purchase will be refunded to the original form of payment and orders returned after the 120 days from the date of purchase will be issued a SCHEELS gift card.
Apparel or footwear must be in new, unused condition. The original shoebox should be free of damage or postal labels. (*we may decline a return or enforce a restocking fee if these conditions are not met)
2. Return the item to the nearest physical Scheels location. To find an address and contact information for the location nearest you, please visit the Locations page on scheels.com. When returning item(s) to the store, visit
the Customer Service desk for assistance. Note: Footwear must be returned in its original box (unless returned for a manufacturing flaw) and apparel items must have all tags attached. You will need the following items to
process your return:
1. The original packing slip or confirmation email. (This will act as your receipt.)
2. The credit card used for the original purchase.
